Ingredients:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined- CHIMI
Instructions:
1. Marinate the shrimp in the CHIMI sauce for about 20-30 minutes in the refrigerator.2. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Grill, or simply place them in the skillet.
4. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are pink and opaque.
5. Serve the grilled shrimp hot with the reserved CHIMI for drizzling or dipping!
