- 2 ripe avocados- 2-3 cherry tomatoes
- 4 slices of your preferred bread (sourdough, whole wheat, multigrain, etc.)
-1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Slice the avocados in half, remove the pits, and slice the avocado in thin slices.2. Add salt, pepper and olive oil.
3. Toast the bread slices until golden brown and crispy.
4. Spread the slice avocado evenly onto each slice of toasted bread.
6. Add sliced cherry tomatoes, and as much CHIMI your heart desires.
