CHIMI Steak Cheese Fries

CHIMI Steak Cheese Fries

Ingredients:

- 2 filet mignon steaks (about 6 -8 oz each) or any steak you prefer
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- CHIMI

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly, then pat them dry with paper towels. Cut the potatoes into thin strips to create fries.
3. Place the potato fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and any additional seasonings you prefer. Toss the fries to ensure they are evenly coated.
4. Bake the fries in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oven and set aside.
5. While the fries are baking, season the filet mignon steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
6. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a tablespoon of olive oil and butter. Once hot, add the filet mignon steaks to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust cooking time according to your desired level of doneness. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing.
7. Once the fries are done baking, sprinkle the shredded monterey jack cheese over the top of the fries. Return the baking sheet to the oven for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Remove the fries from the oven and transfer them to a serving dish. Top the cheesy fries with sliced filet mignon steak pieces.
9. Drizzthe dish with as much CHIMI as you heart desires!!
Enjoy your CHIMI steak cheese fries!
